Each player should be participating in Wall Ball at least 4x a week.
U7: 10 complete wall balls
U9: 15 complete wall balls
U11: 35 complete wall balls
U13: 50 complete wall balls
U15: 100 complete wall balls
Wall ball will continue to help the athlete obtain catching and throwing skills. All beginner players will also want to incorporate: “Ground Balls” practice.
FUN TIP!
Get a partner and play catch with some water balloons. Continue to move further apart as you get better at catching and throwing.
